Simple Quote and Invoicing

Anyone can use it.

Businesses need to quote and invoice for projects. I was looking around to try to find one that would work for me and I was not finding one that I liked within my budget, so I decided to make my own.

What Can RyQuote Do?

Ryquote is a simple invoice and quote platform that allows you to quickly upload your logo, add in your services or products and send or save the quote as a PDF. Everything saves locally on your own computer, so you do not need to worry about software breaches or bad actors getting a hold of your personal information. Get Licensed Below!

Upload your logo directly to the quote and add in your information. This can be changed if you own multiple businesses or operate under other business names.

After you upload your logo and input your information you can simply enter the client info, fill out the date, expiration date, the project, and then add new line items or add line items you have saved that are popular repeat services. You can then fill in any notes you have and any terms and conditions you have as well. From there you can generate it as a PDF, save it to your computer, start a new quote, or clear the quote.

The app keeps a history so you can go back and loot at quotes, you can mark them as “Won”, “Lost”, or “Negotiating”. You can also generate an invoice for any quote in your list that has been Won.

The app handles all of the price calculation with taxes that you can input the % for on the settings tab so you can collect the tax required by your state.
